Community Leadership
Community, teaching, and service have always been part of how I lead. From speaking on stages across the U.S. and internationally at conferences, collaborating with fellow professionals in UX and product in online forums, panels and podcasts, to teaching graduate students at Northeastern and guest lecturing at NYU, I share what I’ve learned to help shape the next generation of creators of product. Whether mentoring through UXPA, publishing in Medium and UX publications, or even helping build a temple and community from scratch, my goal remains the same: create spaces where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to grow.
Painting
I've been painting since childhood, earning recognition as a young artist with national and international awards. Before channeling my creativity into design and problem-solving, I exhibited at galleries like the Lalit Kala Akademi in India and took on corporate commissions. After years away from the canvas, I've returned to painting as a way to decompress—currently working in oils on a series inspired by Varanasi, the sacred city on the banks of the Ganges.
